Relaxing stay
Liked: Superior Room is spacious and bright with great views of both the city and North Sea. Having terrace is the bonus. The location is great and about 400 meters to the beach.
Disliked: The indoor swimming pool and wellness were not available to guests. The breakfast was not always fresh. The fruit tasted sour.

The stay in the hotel...
Liked: I like very much :1) the location2) comfortable bed & room setup (superior)3) smart TV4) breakfast
Disliked: The hotel is nearby the main road, so it is not much point to spend a time in the balcony even you may see the sea from a distance. It is worth to stay in the new than old part of the hotel. The swimming pool is awaited, but still not available.

Nice hotel but unfortunately no...
Liked: The room was very clean, and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice. The bread was amazing. The location of the hotel is very close to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had booked a superior room which was quite expensive for the winter season but it did not meet our expectations.1) There was no blackout curtain on the side window, only a white pencil pleat curtain that did not block out the street light so it was very bright in the room at night. I always double check on Booking.com if there are black out curtains and on the photos of the room there is a curtain so this is a bit misleading. 2) The other window had a sliding door that didn't close completely so the wind blew inside. The wind current was strong enough to move the curtains. The result was that it was extremely cold in the room (it was only about 3-4 degrees C outside) and the room was very noisy with ambulances, busses and people going past until late at night and starting again early morning. We didn't figure this out until the morning and just thought the heating was malfunctioning and the windowpanes were very thin otherwise I would have complained to the reception and asked for another room. 3) Both mattresses were too soft and concave making it impossible to sleep on your tummy or side. 4) There were no slippers or robes in the room, which would have been nice as it was so cold - probably not more than 15 degrees. There wasn't a hair dryer either which is something I would have expected in a 4 star hotel. When I told the front desk about this upon checkout, they told me I could have asked for them, and they would have provided them. As the checkin had been electronic, nobody had told us about this.5) We noticed that it is easy for people who are not staying at the hotel to walk upstairs to the rooms. There is nobody a the checkin as it's electronic, and the stairs and lift to the rooms are right by the entrance to the hotel and the restaurant. Once upstairs, no key card is required to go to the floors where the rooms are.

Very good
Liked: Location, comfort, professionalism of staff
Disliked: More of an observation..... i wish the headboard of the bed faced the window and not hidden behind it in the dark.
