HORRENDOUS staffs. Completely violated our...

Liked: The location is nice, with amenities like swimming pool & spa
Disliked: The staffs were hardly ever available. There was absolutely nothing in our bathroom (toothbrushes, shower cap, etc.), we called the reception and asked them to bring some. They said we’ll have to wait for a long time or come down and take them from the reception desk. Cleaning staffs were WEIRD. We hung a DND sign outside of the door but every morning they knocked our door & stormed inside the bedroom (door was locked btw). Absolutely violated our privacy. They don’t even speak English

Very good

Liked: The location is very good, close to the city center. Hotel itself it's very nice, I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Gym was quite small, not well equipped, but sufficient.
Disliked: Pillows were quite old school, with feathers, not good for people with allergies
