Needs updating

Liked: Facilities are great with a pool, splash pad, and bouncy pillow; however, the room was very dated and not well cleaned. The bathroom smelt bad. The bunk beds were super noisy which was annoying at night. Staff were lovely. Probably the worst value Big 4 we have stayed at across Australia.

Needs maintenance

Liked: The park itself was very accommodating and family friendly however the cabin we stayed in needed maintenance. When we walked in it had a musty (mould) smell. The front door didn’t lock, only the screen door. The bathroom shower didn’t have a drain cover just an open hole and the bottom spout button didn’t work so we couldn’t turn it off when using the shower and the exhaust fan did not work. The smoke alarm went off when using the toaster, or stove, we had the door open and the exhaust fan on and it still went off multiple times. The beds and the cabin itself were clean. The camp wifi would not work even after multiple attempts.

Disliked: Feel accomodation could have been cheaper than what I paid. It would have allowed me to stay a couple more days longer if it was.

Liked: very close to the beach, less than 10mins drive from the foreshore, quiet little place with everything you need within the budget and dog friendly.
Disliked: no clock and separate night lamp on the other room
