I loved the location, close enough to Harvey's to walk. Very nice, large room; clean; good A/C; microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: We had a great time staying at this place. Our stay was fun and joy, thanks to friendly and helpful staff at the property. Rooms we got were perfect as we needed. The location of the property was great close to many restaurants and other activities. Definitely would staying again !

Never again.

Liked: I had a very disappointing experience at this place. It was extremely dirty. There was urine on the bed, hidden under the blanket. The bed looked normal at first glance, but once I lifted the blanket, the reality was shocking. The pull-out sofa was covered in crumbs and had some kind of spilled juice crusted on the underside of the cushions. We were only provided with a thin sheet for the sofa and received no blankets, pillows, or proper bedding. To make matters worse, we were given a smaller room with a heater that didn’t work as a replacement. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and disgusted.

Liked: I like how close to the lake and downtown the place is. But terrible service from the front desk.

Great location and great price

Liked: Great location and great price, have stayed here several times in the last two years. Appreciate that they clear the driveway of snow in the mornings
Disliked: Mattress can be a bit hit or miss, on my most recent visit I could feel some mattress sag, and springs

Disliked: Looks like nothing has been updated (or maintained) since the 80s. It was bordering on dirty- haphazard vacuuming & I felt the need to inspect the sheets before getting in bed.
