Don't stay at the hotel...

Liked: Water park
Disliked: On the 1st night there was a fire alarm issue in our room so they moved us the next day not before mentioning there wasn't a noise anymore because they replace the carbon monoxide detector batteries. We never had an issue with the carbon monoxide detector it was the fire alarm. The front desk clerk for the morning shift was not the friendliest to multiple parents that were on the wrestling trip with us. 2nd day they moved us to another room and it had black mold in the bathroom at the top of the shower. When I let the manager know I was immune comprised because I have Lupus and woke sick he was less than compassionate because a refund for one night fixes everything right? Instead of reassuring that it no other guest would deal with something that could really make people sick he talks in circles. Here 4 days later I am still sick and have yet to receive the refund for the one night. This place is NOT a resort by no means and I would never pay $355.00 again for two nights. The lack of compassion of employees speaks volumes on this establishments.

Liked: The Montana club restaurant next door was amazing!!
Disliked: No indication to the guest before booking that the water park will be closed during our stay. You should let your guest know that the water park is closed Monday through Wednesday. My kid was pissed that the pool was the only thing open when we literally booked this hotel for the water park. Will never stay again. Rooms were dirty, blankets were dirty.

Disliked: Only a few problems out of my 4 room keys only on of them worked correctly and one of the side doors the keys barely worked

Overpriced for something that could...

Liked: The location is nice. The pool being connected and their being bar/ casino is also nice. From a distance seems very classy but once you look closer it could use soke updating and a good clean
Disliked: For the amount if money you pay you'd think they would soundproof the walls more. We got places directly above the kitchen and we're woken up from the noise. You can hear what's going on in the room above and beside and there were lots of holes in the walls and the bathroom could of been cleaner. Front desk staff didn't seem very nice they were incredibly crabby. Also for the price the room could of been much bigger
