Calm, relaxing, spacious, and comfortable.

Liked: Very clean organised
Disliked: Think the maids were chatting outside the room early hours think was about 3 of them.Other than that everything was exceptional, both of the receptionist on the night 28th were amazing people.

Liked: Room was well equipped with hot shower. Spa facilities were very good. Self serve breakfast was hot and all plentiful. Free parking too. 5 minute drive to Bicester village.
Disliked: Too many children in the spa messing around, a lot of stains on corridor carpets. Also only 3 small prawns on the starter in the restaurant was stingy for what you pay. Worst part was reception phoning my room to say we are going to have to charge you for a massage I never got, even though I was looking forward to it. I requested it for 5pm, but reception said they hadn’t confirmed it and were now fully booked so i missed out, to be then phoned and told we’re going to have to charge you. In the end they knew they were at fault and I never paid anything, not to most ideal way to start your break!

Disliked: Not enough bar staff on. We could only use the spa at 4-6 because my daughter was 7. It was very busy !!The breakfast was average.I was vey disappointed with my stay. I went home day early. I have stayed there 3 times before never again.

Nice hotel but needs updating.

Liked: The bed and linen was all very clean and comfy. Felt like a bed from home rather than a hotel.The front desk staff were lovely, remembered us as guests and what we had planned for the day and the cleaning team were very nice too!We had dinner in their restaurant and was shocked at how tasty the food was and not expensive. My husband liked the golf range too!
Disliked: Check in was a bit of a mess with organisation.Rather than checking in, we were told to take a seat and wait to be called up. Felt a bit put off rather than an instant welcome but once checked in all was much better.The hotel is nice, short taxi from Bicester Village (£10) and I would return but the hotel and facilities need updating. It looks tired - needs modernisation! Breakfast Coffee was not nice tho!
