Incredible Views

Liked: The views were simply stunning and a great location within a few minutes walk of the beach and a variety of restaurants. Staff were lovely and check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Breakfast was delicious and they were brilliant in accommodating the fussy eater that I am, making me exactly what I asked for even though it wasn't on the menu. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike really, a few tiny niggles, the odd missed cobweb and the TV remote not working properly but nothing that would spoil a stay or be reason for a negative review.

Disappointed to be charged full...

Liked: The only positive is the location. A sea view room overlooks the beach, which is beautiful. There is a short walk down the hill to the promenade, which has a lot to offer.
Disliked: The first room was small and we rushed out to a charity ball. Overnight found the bed springs were worn out. Partner noticed bites on ankle. Moved to another room, which appeared to be better. Next morning prior to 10am checkout, no hot water, despite running taps for extensive periods of time. On checkout and subsequently, Hotel refuses to consider any form of refund, even though they admitted their failings, suggesting we try them again after they refurbish the rooms. Delusional management say they genuinely apologise for our experience, yet continue to charge top money before they are able to deliver hygiene, bed and plumbing expected of price point.
