Liked: I had a problem with check-in as I didn't know beforehand that I would need ID. I have stayed at the hotel several times before and never had a problem I am also a member of the bon voyage club. I was attending a wedding reception and only brought a tiny clutch bag so just brought my credit card. The card was not the card I had used to make the booking so staff said it was not acceptable. I had paid in full on booking. It was embarrassing - I said 'what do you want me to do?' I just stood there with my credit card which had my name on. I said 'this is me I am the person who booked it and I have paid. What is the problem?' Another staff member had overheard all this and said - 'book her in' and said to me 'don't worry about it '. I felt vulnerable and embarrassed .

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Good location and clean room Excellent gym.
Disliked: No warm water in my room shower.Low temperature in my room which all efforts to increase it a bit failed

not a great experience

Disliked: the tv in the first room was faulty. so they changed my room. the second room the a/c was faulty, i was promised a discount and a fan, none of which materialised. i try and stay once a month for a couple of nights. this was my worst experience
