Disliked: Cleanliness could have been better, used amenities, old towels, bed way too squeaky, uncomfortable pillows and mattress, ice machine broken, no iron

Nice and quiet place to...

Liked: The lodge was located close to the lake and so many other places including the Heavenly gondola. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the lodge. There was also a front yard near the parking lot with some nice tables and benches ,where the children had some fun making snowman .

Perfect inn for an affordable...

Liked: easy check in and check out. affordable rates.all amenities work; TV, fridge, microwave, hot water, etc. free and easy parking.
Disliked: you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. I unfortunately forgot my headphones/earplugs to sound them out. Other than that it was a great stay

Liked: Decent price and good location.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and staff was not friendly. The person at check-in was on his cell phone when we checked in and when we checked out. Did not smile and was not very welcoming.

Disliked: AC was too loud. It was definitely broken. Bathroom towels had hair on it. Blankets had spots
