Overall pleasant, but mixed experience.

Liked: The room was nice with ample space to move around. The elevator is tiny, but functional, and a very important thing to have, especially with kids. Reception staff were always extremely helpful and the hotel is only a few minutes walk to public transport stations and shopping areas.
Disliked: The breakfast times were misrepresented, so the first time we went for a late-ish breakfast we were told that they were closing soon and had little items left. The reception staff acknowledged and apologized for this mistake but we felt very unwelcome in the dining room, almost getting dirty looks from the dining room staff. Another problem was the cleanliness of the room. The floors weren't being washed when it was made, and not being swept well either. I expected much better in this regard.
