Disliked: Cleaning was poor, bed was uncomfortable, the room was cold even though radiator was on. Family room right over pub entrance so noise from people standing outside smoking and music from bar. Bathroom had nowhere to hang your towels and toilet paper had to sit on sink! A bulb had gone in the room and when we went out in the morning, no one around to report issues to! We paid for two nights but was so uncomfortable and cold that we left after one night

Liked: Not much to like really. Only thing was the lady who made us a sandwich did bring it to room for us. Apart from that very disappointing.
Disliked: Dirty room. Someone's underwear left under cupboard. Beds uncomfortable. Never again.

Liked: Lovely pub, room very out dated, smelled of damp going up stairs, could do with a paint job. Bed full of springs sticking out so couldn't sleep, dressing table with mirror frame....no mirror...table lamp that didn't work. My dad got stuck in the shower at 82 couldn't open the door to get out, ended up cutting his finger getting out, mould on top of the celling. Was suppose to stay for 2 nights cut the visit short. Felt embrassing as I had booked him the room thinking that the accommodation was like the pub downstairs x
Disliked: Everything, just needs updating, the only thing that worked was the heating. Everything else was shocking x

Liked: It was okay for the price for a last minute night away, it was a clean and warm room. Staff seemed nice and didn't hesitate to get anything that we needed.
Disliked: It was very loud obviously being above the pub and some of the customers were being quite intimidating on the way in which did put us off a bit. These was no towel in the room and no basics like coffee materials. It was okay for the price for a night but wouldn't stay again.
