Disappointing

Disliked: The bathroom outlet was pulled out of the wall and not functional. Maintenance was called and they said "it works just fine." It was an electrical hazard. In addition, I booked the hotel through Booking.com and needed to leave a day early due to flights/snow storm. The hotel would not refund me the night because I booked through Booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they tried multiple times to contact the manager with no luck to refund me for leaving early.

Liked: Excellent location, spacious room, good hours for check in and check lit.
Disliked: This was the worst staff I have ever encountered in any hotel in years. The front desk staff was curt at check in and gave us no information about parking (such as using keys to get in and get out), breakfast (we were under the impression it was included, but later learned it was not), or anything else about the hotel. We waited patiently for quite some time as there was a line to check in and only one person. 2 other people, one who seemed more like a manager, came out while we waited and no one even said hello or that it should only be a few more minutes- typical customer service expectations. We later tried calling the front desk to ask about breakfast and when we got through on the 3rd attempt were told it starts at 6:30 and then hung up with no more info. We went down the next morning to find breakfast, asked someone who directed us to the restaurant, and then the restaurant said it was not included based on our room number. We decided to eat elsewhere. At checkout, there was another line and only one person working so I asked him if I should just leave my keys. He took them without letting me know they were needed to leave the parking area. Thankfully when I called at the gate I was let out with no issue.

Liked: Ourisman Christmas Party was there and stayed overnight. The room was very nice
Disliked: I did not like the fact you charged $23.00 for parking and was not told about that fee.
