Clean but terribly noisy.

Liked: It was clean and conveniently placed.
Disliked: There was incessant noise that kept us awake at night - probably due to our room's location by large vents of some sort outside the window. As a result, we could even feel the vibrations in the room (aside from being very disappointed in the view). Also, we were not permitted even a 30 min. late check-out, which I've found to be standard at establishments. Lastly, expecting clients to pay $22 parking is rather outrageous.

Liked: Good location for our needs. Restaurant was good and room was comfortable.
Disliked: Room had a bad odor. Smelled like sewer gas. I thought it was just our room but friends in other room had the same problem.

Liked: Stay was good .but had a very bad experience in the restaurant. MELESA who needs to learn more of customers service. We had to stand and wait for 45 minutes for breakfast because the lady in the front did not put my name down to the list. And people who were after us went in. Then, when we inquire from MELISA, SHE SAID SHE CAMT TAKE US BECAUSE OUR NAME ARE NOT THERE AND WE HAVE TO WAIT MORE. PARAMA was so kind and helpful for us and she was able to get us in. But MELISA'S ATTITUDE was so horrible and didn't feel like having breakfast there. So after checking out, I just checked my bill, and guess what?? They have charged us for breakfast when I HAVE MADE MY BOOKING FOR BREAKFAST INCLUDED. again, PRAMA was able to make it Wright.
