Great stay but poor front...

Disliked: I don’t have anything about the property, however I had reserved this room four months ago in June. When I got to the front desk the receptionist tried to accommodate me in a different room with no bed, just a sleep sofa. He offered me free complimentary breakfast and snacks to what I declined, he insisted for me to check the room first to what, on r again I declined. He mentioned that this happens frequently even if you book months in advance. Apparently there was a conference at the hotel and it seem they wanted to give my room away for attendees. When I stood firm, the receptionist told me let me are what can I do. He walked to the end of the Front Desk talk to no one and came back ten seconds later, and acted like he has solved the situation and all the sudden the room that I has reserved miraculously was again available.It is either poor customer service or they don’t take using booking.com reservations seriously.Other than that I was pleased with the facility and room service menu and promptly room delivery.
