Exceptional

Liked: Everything!!! checked in very late almost 12 midnight, the front desk lady was excellent, she made me feel welcome, the room was very clean, and the food was amazing . This place is amazing!!!
Disliked: None

nice 2 day stay close...

Liked: Close to the beach, clean and good variety of food on breakfast buffet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced Residence Inn - Bethany...

Liked: Location was great, right on the boardwalk. The room was a nice size with a balcony and view of the beach/ocean. Breakfast was awesome. It was the same everyday except they switched out Pancakes for French Toast.
Disliked: They charge for parking, even in the off season. I got charged and didn't even park in the garage. I used the free street parking (free after September 15th). Check in time was supposed to be 4 PM, but we didn't get in our room until after 5 PM! No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Outstanding location, clean, and beautiful...

Liked: Outstanding location, walked right out of our room to the beach. When we arrived, we were able to upgrade to an oceanfront room.
Disliked: Screen door to porch needs to be oiled, and the outdoor shower / rinse station needed to be cleaned up.

I think I have found...

Liked: The staff were extremely kind. Tony was very good to me and my husband. We felt extremely happy with the service.
Disliked: The pool area could use some upgrading. For the hotel itself to be as amazing as it is it seemed as though the pool area did it fit with the hotel. Some new painting and flooring will fix the issue. It just needs to be more modernized.

Perfect location

Liked: The hotel and our room was well decorated, everything was in good working order. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The location was on the beach, near restaurants and shopping was perfect.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but the hot food was Luke warm. Breakfast was completely self serv, not even salt/pepper or silverware on the table. Cloth napkins would have been a nice touch instead of thin paper napkins (like you would find at McDonadls). Yes, breakfast was free, but for a $400 a night room I expected more.After our 3rd night we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, we were out of towels and TP. Most hotels will have a sheet on the top and under of the comforter, they did not have a bottom sheet, I thought that was odd. There was something spilled at the bottom of the kitchen trash can that smelled really disgusting.
