Disliked: Outdated and old more like a low budget motel

Liked: Breakfast was great. But the bagels were hard like a rock. Coffee was exceptional
Disliked: We reported damages to the room right the way, and before departure we found out that they didn't even documented the damages and they had no idea about it. English unfortunately was Limited with staff, but they were very friendly

Nice hotel and price was...

Liked: The breakfast was suitable although the coffee machine broke and had to be shut down. The rooms were a nice size and clean. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The decor is very nice. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk person who checked me in had an icy and unwelcoming disposition. Also, I had to change rooms twice. It seems that the wall thermostat in rooms 310 or 301 and 401 were not wired properly. Both units are the first rooms to the right when you get off of the elevator. The heat was set to 74 degrees. Once that temperature was reached, the ac kicked in and automatically cooled the rooms down to 71 degrees and blew very cold air making it impossible to sleep in those rooms. Changing rooms twice for the exact same reasons at 11:00 at night is totally unacceptable, I did however appreciate how nice and sweet the new (change in shifts)font desk person was with addressing the issue.
