The hotel provided comfortable accommodations...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, staff was attentive and friendly, room was clean.
Disliked: Trouble with room temperature control to get a comfortable temperature.

Trash! Hotel appearance is good,...

Liked: The manager is very rude and unprofessional.
Disliked: Management is horrible. Had problems at the beginning of check in. Sink stopped up toilet stopped up. I was told no maintenance was on property and that I needed to come down and get a plunger and plunge it myself.

Trash, customer service, very rude...

Liked: The Management very very unprofessional
Disliked: Management we were forced to stay two days. Management was rude. Unprofessional room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30 sink was stopped up the toilet wouldn’t flush call down to the office and the manager stated no maintenance was on duty and we needed to come down and get a plunger because they don’t plunge toilets. Rome had a inch of dust on the lamp.
