Disliked: The staff was VERY rude. Room was dirty on check in and had to wait to be cleaned. They didn’t want to to be outside of the room for any reason.

Disliked: Bed was barely accessible. Room was still being renovated with towel rack incomplete, wall repairs required and a small kitchen type table and chair would have made to room much better

Disliked: No hot water. My room was cold and I couldn't use the heater due to the wobbly plug. Couldn't watch TV because the internet was down.

Disliked: Needs more pillows or bigger pillows

Liked: It was quiet. The bed was decent.
Disliked: Three flat pillows stacked made one decent pillow. The ironing board in the room was disgusting, no iron so why even have it there. The front of the AC/heat was busted up. The curtain was pulled down on both ends and didn't fully block the window. The guy who checked me in was rude.
