I definitely recommend this Best Western; great location to go see a concert at the Toyota Amphitheater; great food in the area and shopping; the pool was clean; the room was clean; I give it a five-star.

Liked: The clean room and friendly staff and the continental breakfast was great.
Disliked: I couldn't find anything wrong.

The first room that was originally assigned to us was so HOT. The A/C wasn't working. Right away maintenance came to look at the unit.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: The small half size pillows on the bed.

We stayed here because we came for a concert. The hotel is near several restaurants. In n Out is within walking distance which is my daughter's favorite place to eat. Right off highway 99 but I didn't notice much traffic noise.

Liked: Staff was very nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was a little loud.

Nice place for a quick overnight stay while attending a concert at Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Wheatland.

Liked: Clean; convenient; free breakfast (small); friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Some older fixtures.

Lackluster

Liked: The only thing that was pleasant about the stay was the staff.
Disliked: There wasn't much to write home about! Bed was very uncomfortable, along with the furniture in the room. We were placed in a room in the complete back of the facility although it seemed that there were plenty of rooms available up front. Paying almost 200 dollars for the night was not a good deal and I am highly disappointed once again in the quality of hotels that booking.com offers on their site. All around not a great experience. Will not be returning.

Liked: We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the water in the sink never got hot it was luke warm. Otherwise everything was fine.

Liked: Christine from the front desk was courteous and helpful with information about my travels and stay
Disliked: The housekeeper knocked hard on my door prior to my check out time.

It was nice and comfortable...

Liked: Good breakfast items. I only wish there was some hot breakfast items to serve but it was good. The place was very clean and like the fact that it had a gym there.
Disliked: The bed was bit creaky and a bit too soft and bumpy. The front door also didn't close that well, I had to use much force to get it to close all the way.

Comfortable

Liked: Check in was great plus the receptionist was amazing, very helpful and attentive.Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Once in the room, the remote control for the television did not work. And the hairdryer was not working as well.

Liked: The hotel is simple, but I have to highlight its cleanliness.However, the big plus is honesty and respect. I accidentally left my wallet in the room after checkout. Twenty minutes later, the staff called me 4 times, left me a voice mail and took care of it until I picked up the next day. That was amazing. Thank you so much.Breakfast is very nice!
Disliked: It's a bit old, but generally speaking, that is normal.
