Disliked: The extra cost to use the facilities, this should be part of your stay experience without having to pay more

Disliked: Shouldn’t charge their guest to use the pool, it should be complementary

Liked: The room was lovely and everything was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The decor is a bit outdated and you have to pay extra to use the pool.

Liked: Nice hotel, room was lovely, bed was comfy.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I was hoping for a bath, I maybe should have requested this at booking. I just thought for the type of room and price paid there would be a bath.Shower was a bit tricky to operate, limited toiletries available.

Pleasant but not restful.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. Very good evening meal, I had the seabass.
Disliked: I think that I should have booked a better/bigger room. It was a single room and struck cold when I entered it. It had a very small radiator. I didn’t spot the fan heater until the morning. The floorboards in the corridor squeaked when people walked along it. A group of students were staying and were walking to each others rooms until 1:30am, so a disturbed night. Note: the students were not rowdy, it was just the movement along the corridor and them knocking quietly on each others doors that disturbed me.
