Just what I needed.
Liked: Just needed a quick overnight stay! Desk clerk friendly and informative. Rooms clean and had everything I needed.

Liked: The room was nice and breakfast was yummy.

It was fine.
Liked: I liked that breakfast was included with our room stay. There was a variety of options to choose from and they did not run out.
Disliked: The hallways were dirty with crumbs. The hot tub was not functioning and there was dirty standing water in it. If it is not available to use, it should be drained and cleaned.

Disappointing
Liked: Not much at this location
Disliked: The breakfast was cold, the breakfast area was very dirty, and the food was not refilled.The hot tub was not working and extremely dirty.The chair in the room was filthy. I was very disappointed with the property. I have stayed at the Best Western in the past and was very happy with the property.
