Liked: The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great.
Disliked: I originally booked a whirlpool room. When I went in there, it was broken. The front desk could not get ahold of the maintenance, so I asked to switch to a regular room.

Liked: When I first pulled into the parking lot I was a bit concerned. The hotel looks a bit dated and rundown, however, when I entered the lobby I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and pleasant. I asked to see a room and again I was surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. As a flight attendant I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels that weren't as clean as this. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Woodhaven Police Department is right across the street which is a nice plus even though the area felt very safe with lots of shopping and eateries around:)
Disliked: The pillows. I am a bit of a pillow snob, the pillows are small and just ok. The bed was just fine.
