Liked: Breakfast was great! We had fun in the pool when our key cards worked. Otherwise we had to walk all the way around the building freezing outside to a different key pad. When I asked for new keys front desk was rude but replaced them with keys that still didn't work. We only went once to pool.
Disliked: Bed bugs. Keys didn't work for all access. All outside to get inside anywhere. Dirty toilet and showers in both rooms. Heater dial pad was broken so heat was not adjustable in second room. Desk was no help and rather unpleasant. I figured for the price the room would be clean and bug free. Had to pay myself to wash all clothes from bed bug room and dryer was broken. Not sure it helped not transfer the bugs but we did our best. Manager called finally after out return home and pretty much didn't care about the inconvenience it caused. In looking at other reviews..looks like others found bed bugs the same weekend. Should have chosen a cheaper motel 6!

Great for a Best Western.

Liked: Property had great outside sitting areas. Great for pets. Pool was clean and water temperature was comfortable. Great Breakfast.
Disliked: The front desk person I talked to was "just kinda there" took care of my issue, but just didn't seem happy to be there. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. Still polite.
