Great for a Best Western.

Liked: Property had great outside sitting areas. Great for pets. Pool was clean and water temperature was comfortable. Great Breakfast.
Disliked: The front desk person I talked to was "just kinda there" took care of my issue, but just didn't seem happy to be there. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. Still polite.

Disliked: Booked the stay well over a month ahead of time. The hotel calls me the week of my stay to notify me that they have been overbooked and that my booking was not valid. The hotel was able to give me two rooms that were not what I originally booked, but still cost the same price even though it was a downgrade. Being that this was a busy weekend for Fayetteville I had no choice, but to take the rooms as there were no other rooms available in town, neither Booking.com nor the hotel seemed too worried about my inconvenience.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly the breakfast was well maintained, and clean. The worker that took care of the breakfast was very friendly and kept everything from running out
Disliked: no elevator and freeway noise. But that was minor. Was a nice stay
