Superb

Horrible leadership

Disliked: The Manager on November 1st was the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER I have ever witnessed and seen. We booked to stay 2 nights, only stayed one. I asked the Manager for a refund for the 2nd night, which we didn’t stay, she said No. Gave No reason or excuse why. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy

Disliked: Dated facilities, loud hallways and limited breakfast options.

Rather expensive for what you...

Liked: The bed was firm and good. The breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: The room was very humid when I arrived but got better slowly after I turn up the A/C. There was no elevator working so I had to lug bags up stairs.
