Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: Dust covered everything in the room, the window would not open, the heating/cooling unit did not work. ( 2nd time we have had an issue with heating/cooling Breakfast was horrible. We used to enjoy the breakfast, this was the worst we have had at any establishment. Sausage wasn't cooked long enough, biscuits were hard as a rock, gravy was tasteless, eggs were watery. We will likely look for a different location next time we are in the area.

Liked: The location is great. The hotel staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The building interior is old. The finishings look like it was last touched around the year 2000…at best.The entire building is seriously overdue to be renovated. It needs to be totally gutted out and remodeled from top to bottom.Once the total remodeling is completed, I would give this hotel a 4 or 5 Star rating.

Liked: Chew the front desk worker 10/10. I took some of my PTO time off since I lost my dad Dec 2024. I could not relax, a lot of the other staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Including running into one of my exes (who is JP and he didn't tell me was married and had a child (so no I was not stalking him , I met him. A year ago. Food was decent. The gym was the best gym I have too. I would please just like a refound. I needed some time away from my boyfriend .
Disliked: Staff wasn't trained very well. Construction, rude guest.
