Rude Staff but Fine Facilities

Liked: The room itself was fine for what we needed - a clean bed and shower for the night.
Disliked: The staff member working the front desk had a horrible attitude from the moment we arrived, which left us with a bad taste given how far we had been driving and how tired we were. I had made a special request regarding parking weeks ahead of time and Best Western did not even bother to respond nor acknowledge it. The level of unprofessionalism in this staff member has led me to likely never choose a Best Western again. There is a Holiday Inn one block up that is the same price, with likely much better value.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Biscuits were a bit hard by the time we got down there (but we were at the tail end of breakfast time). We reported a dysfunctional hairdryer (in our room) and it was replaced "while we were at breakfast"! We hadn't requested room service, either, but they cleaned up the bathroom area anyway and gave us fresh towels. Impressive!! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I really took notice how quiet the rooms were. Never heard anyone else. The location was perfect for our destination. We will definitely return.

Liked: A warm welcome, a spacious room and a comfortable bed - exactly what we needed.The Inn is in a great location and was perfect for a one night stay on our road trip.
