Not sure I will return

Liked: Liked - comfy spacious family room, need comfy, nice shower and bath. Plenty of parking including at the back of property. Dislike - having to pay for leisure facilities because I didn’t book ‘direct’ breakfast a fiasco with tables not cleared or reset, very unimpressed.

This is a good value...

Liked: Breakfast was of a much higher standard than found at most hotels. Great location.Central to most attractions.

Disliked: Our room. We were put next to a group of young people who noisily came in late and were very noisy til around 3-4am.
