Liked: Any time I need a room near this site. I definitely pick best western any time....5 stars 🌟 from me and all my guest. From checking in, reservation, room location,breakfast etc you ROCK.

Disliked: Around 2:00 am I went to the store to get something by the time I came back, my key didn’t work. I go to front desk & the staff is acting as if I’m crazy making things up that he just checked in someone in my room that I was never in the room. Mean while I been checked in that room since 5:00 pm and all my belongings were inside the room. Once they finally confirmed they accidentally booked my room to someone else. I was disappointed, the other couple they let in my room went through my belongings. So unprofessional & rude. Will never stay there again. How does an establishment check in a person while someone else is staying & paid for that room first???

Liked: Food was good, better then expected. Hot, fresh and wide variety. Room was very nice & smelled clean. I Will return because of the breakfast alone. Thank you Best Western.
