Place was friendly and breakfast good but because of Greedy Manager would never stay there again. Many places all around with friendly staff and management that care about people not only a one night booking that would have helped us. Both third party sites said it was up to hotel manager and I reached out 3 times with no reply.

Liked: Nice rooms and breakfast.
Disliked: My wife and I both booked hotel not knowing each other was doing this and double booked on third party sites and Best Western Manager had authority to cancel one if he chose but instead wanted our money and refused to cancel one room so we had two rooms for the night. Lol.

We had a wonderful experience at Best Western WestGate Inn. The room was very clean and spacious. We were able to get to and from our event easily due to the accessible location of the hotel. Nice that they offer a supreme continental breakfast too! We would absolutely book again when in the area.

I forgot my iPad in my room and the housekeeping staff turned it in and mailed it back to me within the week - I was so relieved. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Nice location and a great place to eat is at the end of the street - Lyndon Diner. The hotel is also very close to the fairgrounds and not far from Hershey. We visited both places during our weekend visit. The hotel exterior was also being painted and was looking pretty nice.

Disliked: I was being questioned by staff on what room I was in and who my coworker was and asked if I was in a different room number. Felt like I was being observed and watch every morning before going to work trying to eat breakfast.

Liked: Located right off a main road. Clean!!!! Room was nice size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast options were good, too! The coffee was delicious and I want one of the pancake makers in my kitchen. You simply wave your hand and the pancakes magically appear!!! (lol) There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
Disliked: Not a dislike but a suggestion, perhaps move the smoker’s receptacle to another location. We were a bit leery when we arrived and saw a few people standing outside of the entrance smoking. We had to walk past them to enter the building. During our stay, someone was usually there smoking when we passed by. Not a good look.
