Bad mattresses, no hot tub...

Liked: The room was very nice.
Disliked: There was no closet or place to hang clothes. The hot tub was broken. The main reason we choose them. That was a huge let down. The mattress was not good. Didn't sleep well on it at all. And no hot tub to seek back ache relief.

Disliked: The handicapped accessible room was okay;however, the bathroom, the bathtub did not have a resistant slippery floor mat. I had to buy my own. The phone did not work the whole time I was there. The bed was too high and I had to walk to the front desk for something I can use to step up to get to bed, finally I bought my own step.
