Very good

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast server was really perky and accommodating. Offered to brew a fresh pot of decaf coffee for a diner.
Disliked: I wanted to take a bath but as I drew it, water was brownish.Changed my mind.

Exceptional

Liked: The desk receptionist Renita was very nice and helpful when we checked in. She helped when we needed extra blankets. The breakfast staff was very nice and they kept the area well stocked and clean. We was very happy with our stay. Thank you.
Disliked: Not anything to complain about.
