Disliked: The room had a disturbing-strong mold smell. The humidity in the room made it so the crackers I had were soggy 5 hours later. I considered putting on a mask. I’m immune compromised and I was concerned I was going to get sick. The interior was dated, and it appeared the staff cleaned it the best they could

Disliked: The room was very damp and cold. Even turned on the heat to try and dry it out. Didn't help.

Liked: We liked that it was in a good location. There were many stores in close proximity to provide everything we needed. Nothing else was good.
Disliked: From the moment we arrived on the premises, it wasn't great. The property didn't look maintained and the perimeter fence was falling apart. The front desk staff wasn't welcoming. She looked behaved tired and over worked, and mentioned being tired of being there. The room we were assigned had an awful wet smell. They said we couldn't change our room because they were booked. She even advised us to clean the air filter ourselves!! Our stay was non-refundable, so we had to stay in the room. We sprayed and managed with the smell as best we could. The towels were DISGUSTING! Out of the three towels folded under the sink, two smelled absolutely awful. As if they were used and folded back in place. Lastly, the included breakfast was a joke. We didn't even eat it!
