Liked: Good location. Good parking, adequate breakfast. Efficient check-in
Disliked: Room was dingy and worn. Strong smell of bug spray and mildew. Some ghost ants in bathroom, Not a good value.

Horrible!!!!

Liked: Location
Disliked: When I arrived to check in, They said someone called and canceled my reservation. They told me they did not have another room. Later they offered a different room that they charged me for with a AAA discount. This morning I saw that Booking charged my card on 11-29-24 and the hotel also charged me this morning. When I mentioned it to them this morning, they said I have to trust that Booking will refund their charge. Why doesn’t Best Western trust that they will receive payment from Booking? I will NEVER use Booking or Best Western ever again!!!!
