Liked: It was the most upsetting that I had ever been. Our bathroom started flooding/leaking from the first flush. We were there to have a medical procedure done the following morning. We were switching rooms in the middle of my preparation for the procedure and needing to be close to a bathroom. We had to go to second floor that was all tore up and no one bothered to help us get moved. Walking thru do not enter areas that we’re dangerous trying to get thru. I was in tears because of everything that was going on and already nervous about the next day and all the problems at the hotel. I was sent a message about work was being done but they said nothing about the state of construction that was really happening. I was looking forward to spending a relaxing evening instead I spent it in tears. And the lady at the desk was more concerned about helping someone that might or might not had been staying there. We stood in line waiting while she talked to her.
Disliked: Same as above and also our first room had the floor soak and wet. My husband looked at it and the refrigerator had been turned off and there was water from it all soaked into the carpet.

Disliked: The carpet in the hallways looked dirty, the room smelled damp and moldy, the room was unkempt, the lamps had scale and did not work to charge, the sheet had a stain like bloodTo top it off, the tray where they put the eggs was already covered in tartar from the old days.In short, the person with experience for a similar price found better options
