Liked: Nice sized room. good view over the estuary/channel. Breakfast was additional, but it was reasonable value and the choice was perfectly acceptable.
Disliked: The bar area was a little soul less and the sofas and chairs were far too low and uncomfortable.

Liked: In a good location.Quiet residential area.Great view of the Bristol Channel from the restaurant.It was clean and the hotel has character.Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The shower,although adequate,was somewhat dated,and the flow from it wasn’t very powerful.The decor in the room was a little tired .

Liked: the view is stunning and that’s where the positives end! Cleveland is quaint and it was nice to be able to walk to dinner at Mary’s
Disliked: the bed was horribly uncomfortable really springy like it hadn’t been replaced since the 1980s, and the whole decore was dated and tired, with the worlds most pathetic shower! Thank god I didn’t need to wash my hair. I think it’s just a given that you need a comfy bed and nice shower. Everything else I would have overlooked but the bed was so uncomfortable that we struggled to sleep. very disappointing as we were in Clevedon visiting a very sick relative- stressful enough.
