Liked: The check in-clerk was very ill and in pain. She should not have been made to come to work. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Liked: I didn't eat the breakfast, but the coffee was good; however, they were out of bubbler water in the lobby and staff were too busy to refill.
Disliked: When I reserved the room on Booking.com I requested a pet free room, but the hotel said they didn't receive the request. Fully booked hotel, so I was a bit uncomfortable because of allergies and potential for flees. Fortunately, I didn't see or feel any. Fully booked hotel and they could've used additional staff in the morning, but otherwise staff was attentive.
