Liked: There not much to say,,very disappointing
Disliked: No elevator,, I only seen staff when I checked in breakfast was terrible milk was rotten the pool was locked really didn't matter it was filthy by for the worst Best Western we stayed in

Wouldn't stay again!

Liked: I liked that the lobby and room were clean
Disliked: They advertised they had a elevator but there was none , I asked for a down stairs room cause I have a bad back and neck but was told they didn't havr any . The manager was so rude ! I have a service dog and she made me pay to bring him . The towels felt like sand paper , there was no shelves in the refrigerator to store food , the shower curtain wouldn't close properly, the bed was hard it was like sleeping on the floor!!

Liked: It was in a good location and affordable
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast at all. The waffle mix had a funny taste and the pan sausage and link taste like they were old and the banana was old. You need to update your breakfast and do better. I have stayed here a few times and the breakfast wasn’t like that.
