I just want to say thank you to the friendly staff . Location was fantastic. The room was huge and very clean. But for us it was all about the staff, from the valet, to the front desk staff in the morning, afternoon and night, to the waiters in the bar area; even the cleaning staff. Wow, thanks everyone. Cheers.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Pull out bed had no linens or pillows and the blanket provided was a rag. Full of holes, ripped, stained. The manager will not refund me anything but give a credit of points. Which seems to be minimal. Very bad customer service.

Liked: The staff couldn’t park my valet park my car, I was pointed a lance for parking and paid for overnight parking
Disliked: Night shift Staff not courteous , no breakfast attached to the room which makes it more expensive than normal, poor breakfast and restaurant area
