I just want to say thank you to the friendly staff . Location was fantastic. The room was huge and very clean. But for us it was all about the staff, from the valet, to the front desk staff in the morning, afternoon and night, to the waiters in the bar area; even the cleaning staff. Wow, thanks everyone. Cheers.

Liked: Great welcoming from the staff, answered all my questions. great access to downtown. Close to Percival Molson stadium.bathroom was clean and shower was efficient.
Disliked: Windows really need to be updated, we could hear all the emergency vehicles because windows are not sealed and there was missing a section of inner window, must not be energy efficient during winter. I have an electric vehicle and there was no chargers available near or at hotel, very disappointing, it should be mandatory.

Liked: The front desk gentleman on the afternoon shift was most helpful answering our questions about the city. The housekeeping staff looked after all our needs during the stay. We felt like being at home while away from home. An exceptional experience for us.
Disliked: When one is privileged to be looked after by people who take their responsibilities to heart, what is there not to like?

Liked: The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Very thin walls with noisy neighbours but they were only loud for a little while. A little confusion over the booking but it was sorted out in a way that was agreeable.
