Liked: The person that checked us in was very nice, quite the story teller. She was efficient and kind.
Disliked: I am a stickler on hair and there was some on my sink. I am not sure I liked sleeping with only a bedspread comforter that is probably not washed daily. YUCK.

Liked: I reserved a king size bed with disabled walk in tub and shower accessories I was placed in a double Queen bed room with standard bath. There was heavy odor of mildew and hotel grade room deodorant. When I notified staff of the error I was told it was my fault for not booking direct and that they are not responsible for requests made through booking.com.I have not run into this before. I’ve always been pleased with your service and found it disappointing that they would blame their poor customer service on a third party booking service. The room was sub par even if I had not needed king size disabled facilities. Will not stay there again.The breakfast was ok. Nothing special and limited seating- had to wait for table.
Disliked: It was a disappointment at the end of a tiring drive.
