Disliked: Location is hard to get to. It is located behind a strip mall and car dealership with no good signs telling you where to turn

Liked: Room was very big and decently clean.
Disliked: Windows unit would not work. Wouldn't even turn on. No air conditioner at all. Staff looked dirty and were sleeping on the couch when we got to breakfast. Breakfast was terrible. Food was old. We asked for a ground floor room, but they claimed they didn't get any of our emails or requests.

Disliked: The lady at the front desk made us feel very welcomed when we checked in. Great hospitality ❤️

Ridiculous

Liked: Management/owner (female) was extremely rude and tried to over charge my account without verifying a dam thing thru me. She was extremely rude and made up several stories to my face about the c c reason for trying to charge extra. Will not suggest this place! Very inconsiderate place with threats made towards my wife.
Disliked: Rudeness

Liked: The hotel was in a good location. I was in town for a funeral. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay there again. I had no problems with water or wifi either.
Disliked: I was satisfied. I cannot think of anything to improve upon.
