Liked: A lovely, clean and well maintained hotel in a beautiful setting.The staff were all polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was top quality and delicious.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Valley Hotel last week. The hotel is in a great location for walking into Ironbridge and is set amongst beautify scenery. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant and bar were lovely with amazing food and views. But what really set the hotel apart was the staff - from reception to the bar, restaurant and housekeeping, all were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Chris and the other man who was on reception duty on Monday and Tuesday night (apologies we didn’t get his name), for going above and beyond in recommending garages when we needed to have an emergency car repair. Their recommendations were very reassuring when we don’t know the area and they were extremely kind and considerate in following up with us afterwards. We will definitely stay again!

Liked: Wonderful place, great location . Excellent staff.We had a lovely stay. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left.Great walk into town along the river. Lots to see and do.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the food was brilliant, the staff fantastic
Disliked: We were too high up…. room 15 in the gods, I have dodgy knees, my wife has a replacement hip and needs cortisone injections in her knees so to find we are up in the attic was not great, we booked through Booking.com who never mentioned that there is no lift. Only when we looked at the hotel website did it confirm that, so it was a struggle, spoilt our stay somewhat, but it is what it is

Liked: Great location, friendly helpful staff. The bedding could do with an upgrade, the pillows were lumpy and the duvet cover was tatty.

Liked: This is a good hotel elevated to an excellent hotel purely down to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
Disliked: All good, we would certainly stay again.
