Liked: Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I felt that our room did not match the standard I expected from having viewed photographs on the website. I know that rooms can vary but I suspect we were given a "Booking.com" room. The shower was of poor quality, not even as good as my shower at home and not what I would expect from a hotel - it was difficult to regulate the temperature and the water flow was poor (odd, considering that the water flow for the basin was excellent). The television was in a very odd position, making it awkward to view from the bed - considering you only get on "comfy" chair this was very poor.

Liked: We had a very enjoyable stay at the Best Western Valley Hotel. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful . Very good location in the centre of Ironbridge .
