Liked: Hotel staff was very understanding of the key card problem and fixed it, no questions asked. We came back to fresh bedsheets after a day out. Checking in was easy and so was checking out.
Disliked: This is the only hotel I've been to where the key cards can stop working. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear conversations in the next room over. The toilet wasn't properly sealed to the floor so I did not feel comfortable taking a #2 in the bathroom.

Liked: Very comfy beds. Clean room, very well equipped.
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovations and there was more noise and paint and chemical smell outside the room.

Liked: Front desk staff were great.
Disliked: First night room had no hot water, and a giant centipede in the sink. I was switched to a new room with hot water for my second day but they had all the water turned off for the whole hotel from 11am-5pm. The heat would only work for a few minutes before cycling off, so I just bundled up instead.

Liked: Very convenient and comfortable, staff was nice.
Disliked: Tub and sink were stopped up. We didn’t bother the staff with it we just dealt with it throughout the stay. Side door would not work coming back in, had to walk all the way around to get to room. Seems like they were doing some upgrades as they were painting the buildings.
