My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel two days ago for a concert and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel was easy to find, clean, comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and microwave! Bed was comfortable; pets were allowed. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Location was great, within walking distance to Aggie Theatre. Price was great and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Disliked: Room temperature harder to regulate than most hotels. Alarm clock broken.

Unprofessional Billing and Deposit Issues

Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They charged my $100 deposit while I was still staying there, and they did not refund it. Furthermore, the amount for the accommodation was not reduced by the deposit, as it should have been. Instead, the full amount for the stay was charged after I checked out. This lack of transparency and fairness regarding billing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Overall a good stay

Liked: Convenient location to the campus
Disliked: It was very easy to hear everything that was happening in the hallway. The air conditioning only went down to 68 degrees which is fine most of the time and for people who think that’s cold when they sleep but even with the window open at night it was too hot to sleep comfortably for us.

Disliked: The rooms were in not-great condition. Location, while convenient, was very noisy--car and train noises. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Beds hard. Bedding thin.Powdered eggs were unappealing.

Disliked: Pet fee too high, $40!. That's just exploitation. Parking not included, $10. Pool heater was broken so water too cold. Suite next to pool has thin walls, so very noisy with screaming kids.

It was pretty comfy!

Liked: I thought the staff was really nice, and the bed was very comfortable! All in all, the hotel room itself was pretty comfy and cute!
Disliked: The bathroom experience could've been a little better. The shower's water pressure was a little chaotic (most of the spray was consistent but there was one part that felt like it was just shooting chunks of water at me) and the toilet wasn't kept very clean when we got there, but it was still decent enough.
