My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel two days ago for a concert and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel was easy to find, clean, comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and microwave! Bed was comfortable; pets were allowed. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Location was great, within walking distance to Aggie Theatre. Price was great and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Disliked: Room temperature harder to regulate than most hotels. Alarm clock broken.

One of our go to...

Liked: Our son attends CSU and wrestles on the club team. This hotel is across the street from from the field house where they compete. Easy to walk. We’ve stayed here for football games and parents weekend as well. Staff is always VERY friendly and helpful. Place is clean. Breakfast is good for a hotel meal.
Disliked: Prices have gone up. And during special CSU events, they double and triple which I don’t love.
