Disliked: Staff interactions:Check in: We were delayed arriving and knew ahead of time so called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late. We arrived to a very grumpy night agent that was not happy be hadn’t been informed of our late check inCheck out: I was working in my room in prior to check out and a staff member knocked on my door 20mins before checkout time to let me know I needed to check out or I would be charged. I told her I would be checked out on time and she kept insisting I needed to check outBreakfast:Seating: there isn’t enough seating for people to have breakfast in the morningFood: on the second day of my stay they ran out of basic things like wholemeal bread. The attitude was a bit like “it is what it is” and it wasn’t replenished that day or the nextBusiness centre use in the early morning: I asked the day staff if I could work from the business centre at 4am for work calls with Europe. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem but when I tried to access the business centre early the following morning the doors were locked and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for a little while but no one turned up.
