Charming hotel, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Very charming hotel with mountain/tyrolean theme. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were greeted with warm cookies from the oven! The room is a nice size and has a good entryway for ski equipment/boots if you are there to ski. The included breakfast was amazing -- eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, condiments, everything you could want! Sun Valley can be expensive, this is probably the best value in town.
Disliked: The bed was ok, not terrible....it's time to replace the mattresses. Ours was a little too soft in the middle.

Disliked: The heater slasher conditioner was very noisy and woke us up several times

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, location was perfect with a short walk into town and bus stop right at the corner. Staff was super.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong - great place for Ketchum, not directly downtown. little high in price but I think it is the area.

Liked: Good location for either skiing or walking to town (it’s about 3 blocks to shops/downtown Ketchum). Clean room.
Disliked: Beds are old, breakfast was poor (all packaged type food/fake scrambled eggs).
