Liked: It was clean and the bed was so comfortable
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast. It wasn't as appealing as the other Best Western that I have stayed at.

Will never stay at that...

Liked: 1. Key cards constantly not working had to go to desk frequently.2. The carpet inside room felt damp. It was disgusting dirty as well.3. Tv picture quality was horrible.4. Bed side tables at a severe slant you could not put stuff like water glass on it.5. Breakfast food was so overcooked and when I tried to have waffles the mixture only made two on the left side.6. Indoor pool not heated and freezing7. You need a key card to go into pool area yet you could literally walk over the open windows to get right in. Safety????8. The room had a horrible stench9. No outside place to sit except this bench where you arrive at the door. 10. You just felt like everything was unclean in room and could not regulate a temperature in there.11. Such an outdated tub made me uncomfortable to get in. It was so slippery and like this tiny mat in tub that did not work. Curtain felt like it was on me in the shower.12. We had booked a weeks stay there but finally checked out after a few days because it was so bad.13. A tall skinny black staff member came and had breakfast at the table constantly talking on his phone!!!!! I thought the breakfast was for customers?14. No laundry facility made it tough.15. Bottom of bathroom door was gross you can tell there must have had a flood the way it was warped.16. The men’s bathroom in lobby, the door was falling off the hinges and was very hard to close.The only thing good was the outstanding kind!!!!! Staff!!!!!! Liked: Location and breakfast (they had a variety and it was GOOD) it was clean and the staff was friendly

Superior staff, comfortable bed, and...

Liked: Absolutely amazing staff at checkin, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast staff. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the breakfast area was pristeen clean.
Disliked: I am absolutely convinced that hotels never vacuum or clean the carpet in the rooms. Just one barefoot walk through the room to the shower yields black dirt in the tub. The tub faucet had a stream of water constantly.

Decent

Liked: Person working there especially nice, food good.
Disliked: Not enough towels in room, no extra blanket, card key not working right on room door. Room was supposed to have 2 queen n beds, not king size.
