Not happy!

Liked: Location
Disliked: No closet or hooks to hang up clothes, no extra pillow or blanket, way over priced compared to other best western hotels, alarm went off in the middle of night, dust bunnies on floor, etc. We were told there was a restaurant on site when we made our reservation - not true.We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Disliked: I didn’t like the noise , Sounded like air coming from ceiling ,Place kind of dirty .

Wonderful experience

Liked: I don’t know the night shift receptionist name but she was very sweet. Rooms are nice, clean and up to date. Will definitely be staying again.

Disliked: Smell, musty, breakfast bad, very expensive for quality and cleanliness. Would not stay or recommend to any traveler. Clerk, not personable.

Liked: The staff members were efficient and good at their jobs.
Disliked: The forst floor smelled like mildew, the carpet of our room was perpetually moist, and our room was as humid as the rainforest.

Liked: Decent value but needs work. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was humid and musty. Had to keep a/c going on low temperature at all times.

Disliked: I could not figure out the thermostat in the room so it was warmer than I would have liked
