The entire hotel was very hot. My room never cooled off and smelled like an old dog. Made for a tough weekend.

Last time we stay here

Liked: We always stay here at least 4 or 5 times a year. This time, we had to pay $130 more for my 4lb dog. Usually, it's only $20 dollars for the entire time. The reason being we had to stay on a different floor, so I'm ok with that, not fine, but ok. The reason given was that there was carpet and cleaning time was longer. A maid never stepped foot in our room the 5 days we were there. When I went in to unpack, I put down a puppy pad to put water and food dish down( my puppy is fully trained and never has accidents). Anyway, I spilled some water on the tile. I took a towel and wiped the floor up, and the rag was nasty. It looked like no one had mopped in weeks. When I left, I told the manager that was there, about the floor being nasty (and I cleaned the room before I left, can't help it, I clean before the maid comes) anyway I said I didn't think I should be charged the $130 extra for my dog since the room was now cleaner than when I arrived, he said he would speak to house keeping. Which I'm pretty sure was his wife.The beds on the 3rd floor are very uncomfortable and pillows are non existence.Babies crying all night and a man was screaming at his wife. Not to mention the group of 12 people in the back of the hotel reving their cars, drinking and just raising he'll at 2 and 3 am 2 of the nights on the 3rd I called front desk and complained, night manager did go out right away because I was going to call the cops. But all they did was move to the end of the buildingIt will most certainly be the last time we stay here...and I'm sorry for that because we have always enjoyed this hotel. The hotel had to have changed ownership.
Disliked: What I didn't like was everything I said in the paragraph below.

Disliked: Room leaked water, smelled, beds a little too hard, room service for cleaning always came too early. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for someone smoking. Breakfast eggs were cold and area wasn't refreshed fast enough.
