Liked: Breakfast was the basic choices: White bread for toast, 3 flavors of small muffins, instant oatmeal packets all pre- flavored and sugared, warm sausages and pre-made pancakes that didn;t look appealing to me, and cold cereal bins and milk. Coffee of coarse.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable with some kind of mattress topper placed on top. It was a metal frame with no box spring that clanked every time I got up or down or shifted. On my second morning I woke with a severe lower back pain.Also the bathroom was probably the dirtiest I've ever experienced at any hotel I've stayed at. It wasn't so bad I couldn't use it, but there was dust covering all the floor molding, also dust,dirt and hair at the bottom base of the toilet. Very unpleasant. One bedside lamp had a broken switch, which we pointed out to the host. My husband switched it with another lamp in the room. I was pleased to see they repaired it the next day, but troubled that they did so when we had the do not disturb sign posted on the door. We very much enjoyed Moro Bay, but will not stay at this Best Western again. So sorry, I'm a Best Western Star Rewards member, but booked this through booking.com because they owed me $95 in credit.

Disliked: Until this day Oct 5,24 i have not received a call back or and email regarding my parents visit of Sep 20-22,2024. I booked a two queen bed room and a small bed for my family (3 adult and 1 child) When my parents checked in they received a kind bed and a small bed. My parents were advice they would be placed in the correct room the next day, they never did. They also did not provided room service as my parent requested neither of the two nights they stayed. They only offer $15 refund per night +tax for all the inconvenience my family went trough. What i has meant to be a get away to relax from work turn into a discomfort. A king bed is not adequate to fit a 83yr old, 60yr & 55yr old. My family deserves at least 1 night refund for the discomfort. It’s not my family fault for the lack of management skills and communication of the staff. I have left voicemails and send emails and as now they have not return any call or answer call or emails.
