Disliked: The vanity sink was leaking and ironing board was broken.

Disliked: Until this day Oct 5,24 i have not received a call back or and email regarding my parents visit of Sep 20-22,2024. I booked a two queen bed room and a small bed for my family (3 adult and 1 child) When my parents checked in they received a kind bed and a small bed. My parents were advice they would be placed in the correct room the next day, they never did. They also did not provided room service as my parent requested neither of the two nights they stayed. They only offer $15 refund per night +tax for all the inconvenience my family went trough. What i has meant to be a get away to relax from work turn into a discomfort. A king bed is not adequate to fit a 83yr old, 60yr & 55yr old. My family deserves at least 1 night refund for the discomfort. It’s not my family fault for the lack of management skills and communication of the staff. I have left voicemails and send emails and as now they have not return any call or answer call or emails.

Liked: Good location. 5 min walk to the bay and 15 min to the beach. The room size was ok for 2 people. The room looked clean..Parking was ok, car doors are wide enough. We did not try breakfast.
Disliked: No shampoo and body wash in the dispensers. The handle that controls the water temperature in the shower was flimsy and might fall apart soon. The room was stuffy at night and the AC and ceiling fan did not help much.
