Very very pleasant!!

Liked: The front desk staff were so sweet. Our keys for our original room did not work as soon as we got there and she felt so bad she upgraded our room for no charge. Completely accommodating.
Disliked: The shower in room 301 takes foreeeeeevvveeerrrr to heat up lol. But it does heat up and the room was perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed.

Disliked: Some of the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work. The USB outlets didn't work. Some of the regular outlets didn't work

Liked: Dee Dee one of the staff was exceptional. She treated my 94 year old mother like she was her own family. She went above and beyond very impressive.
Disliked: I didn't like the channel guide and the hard to work remote.
