Quality hotel in Courtenay, comfortable...
Liked: This hotel is in a good location within walkable distance to quite a few good restaurants. We enjoyed playing pool in the downstairs bar which was clean and cosy.
Disliked: We would have liked the hot tub to be fixed.

Liked: The quiet end of the hall. Great cleaning staff
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The food was either non-existent or the hot food was cold. The staff could not keep up with what was needed for food. When they should realize that many people come in the last 15 minutes of serving, they still deserve to be able to have hot coffee, eggs, and would even be nice to be able to have pancakes.

Good
Liked: location and employees where great to deal with, breakfast was good, rooms were maintained and clean with room service daily which was much appreicated
Disliked: this may seem odd , the biggest dislike was the toilet , namely the toilet seat, I'm a larger male and small round or almost round seat, is impossible to use for a male. (stand only option) .the second comment is the apartments attached to the hotel, facing the appartment , it's obvious they are transit folks and with parking between the buildings , the first morning I saw 3 needles on my way to the car.
