Liked: Room space
Disliked: Room 16 freezing cold, door didn't lock. Afire alarm went off at breakfast, waiter said don't worry there's no issue, as I walked past reception the lady was on the phone to the fire brigade telling them it was under control now. The fire engine turned up 20 mins later. Evening meal was microwaved. Supposedly an exec room.

Great overnight stay

Liked: Safe, large rear carpark facility for car and trailer.
Disliked: No lift

Warm, friendly, and the spa...

Liked: The welcome was great, as was dinner and a really good offer of a breakfast in return for staying in a cheaper room on my 3rd night, which I'd not been able to book online. The views are awesome, the pool was lovely (more so for the booking system which ensured it wasn't too busy), the sauna was great and so were the massages. I wish I'd had time to use the gym! The atmosphere in the gym/sauna/pool was super friendly.
Disliked: My mattress wasn't that comfortable

Liked: Great value and facilities.
Disliked: WI-FI could have been better in my room.

M5 (just off of) Stopover...

Liked: Quirky, room was very comfortable with exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. Externally, has seen better days (probably due to location) but still excellent VFM.

Pleasant enough great views gym

Liked: Got there late early hours so didn’t get to use much my room was very basic a single room with small double excellent price . Had a quality gym and pool I just didn’t get time to use it .
Disliked: Bit grubby and very worn in places in the middle of nowhere Sat Nav bought me in down the most twisty narrow dangerous lanes so glad I arrived at 2.30am as roads were dead and left via a different route .
