Disliked: Lack of towels and empty shower gel, rubbish shower

Liked: Proximity to train station. Staff's helpfulness.Its a 13th century building. Relished in its history.
Disliked: Possibly the windows could be opened easier... to allow fresh air. Struggled a bit but staff where readily at hand to help out.
